So grateful that we were referred to California Coastal Loans! We dealt primarily with Mario, on Dino's team, and couldn't be happier with how things were handled. We previously fell out of escrow from a lender where we felt like we got the runaround ... , had lack of communication, and that we weren't a priority. This certainly wasn't the case with Dino's team! They made us feel like we were their only client! Not only we're they super responsive, but they were fast, straight forward, and easy. After having our previous lender tell us we were great borrowers, then saying we'd have to resort to a Co- signer because of a self employment detail, we had to pull out of escrow. Southern California market is hard, and we were discouraged, but decided to try another lender on a hunch. Today we got funded!
