Pretty simple really; you go with people you trust and who consistently deliver. On a purchase in a real estate transaction, the lender can arguably be more important than the agent once you're in escrow. They are the cog that is making the whole thing move forward and the wrong person behind the deal can not only make the entire thing fall apart, but could potentially cost your client money if ill--advised. I have personally done loans with Dino and my mom just closed on a loan with him. If you're sending your 65 year old mom to someone, that's perhaps the biggest compliment ever.
